0600A003 Node failed initial provisioning

The CMM displays failed initial provisioning of x440 computer node on bay 3-4, the Fault LED of computer node is lit, but operation system running normal.

Cause:

The IMM2 in the compute node may be hung, the CMM cannot communicate with it.

Workaround:

1. Restart the IMM2 of computer node.
2. Poweroff and reseat the computer node, or move the compute node to another node bay.
3. Replace the system board.

When you remove the compute node, note the node bay number. Reinstalling a compute node into a different node bay from the one it was removed from can have unintended consequences. Some configuration information and update options are established according to node bay number. If you reinstall the compute node into a different node bay, you might have to reconfigure the compute node.
