DELL R910 - E1234 Memory Riser A Power Failure
The server can not power on. and the front LCD show E1234 error.

Power off the system if it is not already powered off.

Remove AC cord, wait for standby voltage to dissipate (10-20 secs or no LEDs visible and no LCD illumination).

Remove the A memory riser identified by the E1234.

Check the memory riser for any damaged components. Also, make sure the heat sink clip is installed correctly. Then leave the riser out of the system until step 9.

Install a jumper on pins
5-6of the jumper block labeledJ_DBGCPLD1which is located near the iSCSI key connector (which looks like a phone jack) as seen below. There isn't a jumper installed on this block from the factory, so you will need to borrow one from theNVRAM_CLR/PWRD_ENblock or get it externally.
NVRAM_CLR/PWRD_ENis located near the vga connector. -
Apply AC. Wait 45 seconds to a minute for the iDRAC to be initialized. The front LCD will flicker momentarily and you can see the LCD interactive when it is initialized. The power fault message will be cleared from the LCD message queue.

Remove AC, wait for standby voltage to dissipate (10-20 secs or no LEDs visible and no LCD illumination).

Remove the jumper (if you borrowed from the NVRAM_CLR/PWRD_EN block, make sure it is replaced in the proper position).

Reinstall memory riser A.

Apply AC.

Power up the system.
The error: "Memory bus redundancy feature unavailable on Memory Riser B. system can continue to operate normally without redundancy. Recommend power-down and reseat memory Riser B or strike F1 to continue without redundancy. contact Dell support if this warning persists after reseat." also can be solved with above step.
