Connect to ESXi host instead of vCenter.

Issue: The Windows Server 2012 boot failure after migrated from VMware to Hyper-V.

StarWind V2V Converter 9.0.1.757

The source virtual machine has a SCSI hard drive and boots using the BIOS legacy mode. After conversion, it becomes an IDE hard drive, and fails to boot with the boot device cannot be found.

Boot from CD/DVD with Installation ISO, fix boot partition and bcd, but not working.
