CAUSE
Internal BUG 8322815 - WARNING MESSAGES IN INSTALL LOG WHILE INSTALLING AGENT
The DB Control Agent file $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/lib/ins_emagent.mk contains obsolete instructions.
SOLUTION
These warnings are harmless and can be safely ignored. Or apply the patch 20299013 - 11.2.0.4.6 (Apr 2015) Database Patch Set Update (DB PSU).
