NM Connetion activation failed IP configuration could not be reserved

SYMPTOMS

Activation: failed for connection 'ens192'

CAUSE

The ens192 MAC is 00:50:56:a9:d8:97.

The network switch arp is f4a4.7542.730e, may be ip conflict.

Internet  192.168.3.110    1         f4a4.7542.730e  arpa   VLAN 1

SOLUTION

Change the ip address.
